Only through teamwork can we push forward the boundaries of science to make a difference for patients
IRIS provides a translational framework from preclinical discovery to transformative innovative clinical care. However, this requires many different people all working together as a cohesive team towards a common goal – to provide innovative and high-quality health care, especially to children, using minimally invasive techniques. This is only made possible through the dedication of all of our team members and the creation of integrated inclusive work environments where we value and respect diversity and inclusion.
